Remember that Satan slandered God by calling him a liar in front of man. If he would to have done anything you just posted it would make Satan a martyr. It would have proved Satan right because it would look like God was trying to hide something. So he had to allow Satan, Adam and Eve to continue to exist so those accusations could be answered.
