>30 year mortgage
average house 12k-27k throughout the 1960's when 30 year mortgages became popular, new and existing, there isn't a lot of definitive information on the cost of each.
>50 year mortgage
the breakdown
>2025
average new house over 400k-500k
average existing house almost 400k
>2019
average new house over 500k
average existing house 270k
How does existing homes jump 130k in price, but new houses remain the same? Because of private equity, hedge funds, and other financial systems able to privately own these assets. Why has our lawmakers and gooberment not defend the people against such an obvious weakness? Because they are in on it, and they hoped it would happen. Remember, YOU WILL OWN NOTHING.
