The program is totally misused. Why are H1B visa holders taking craps the street? Getting jobs as bus drivers, 7!11 managers, taco stand vendors.....etc? This is elite human capital?
Why is there chain migration associated with H1B? Why is the net-total of H1B measured in millions instead of thousands?
