huge buses outside of walmart, home depot, full of guatamalans or whatever, none speak english, all pay in cash, that's a pretty good bet. i did send a tip. nothing happened. like i said, we're not priority. even the cops know this, and do nothing. mostly just don't want to do paperwork.
