Well personally I think it should come in the form investments in education, housing, etc etc to get black people on the same level playing field as white people. I don't support literal check payments because that won't actually help black people at all, or perhaps even jobs programs (DEI, THE HORROR) for black Americans that may not have the ability to pay for school. But it's a complex issue, I won't pretend to know the perfect way to do it.
