>Pro Wrestling Evolution’s “rampaging president” Suwama (48) has sharply criticized AJPW, where he still serves as part-time executive director.

>Having stepped down from his full-time executive role at the end of last year, Suwama now only appears in the ring on a limited basis, about once or twice a month. With the Champion Carnival running from April to May, the June 18 Korakuen Hall event marked his first match in nearly two months—and he went full rampage. In a ten-man tag match against the faction he left in March, *Baka no Jidai* (“The Age of Fools”), Suwama exploded: “Those guys are out of line! They’re ruining what All Japan Pro Wrestling is all about!” He went on, “I came back after a while and nothing’s changed—hell, it’s even worse. You might as well tear the whole thing down and start over!”

>The next day on June 19, speaking to press at Evolution’s Shinkiba event, Suwama doubled down: “Coming back after a while, it felt like the fighting style had gotten all light and poppy. I snapped. Maybe that’s what people want these days, but not me.” He pointed to *Baka no Jidai* as the cause: “Of course they’re to blame. Only one thing to do—crush ’em.”
