not really. it was literally off the shelf components. It was literally just a national match upper. multiple companies sell them. it's a normal thing people do and have done for over 100 years.

b. it would still kill a person perfectly fine, it's a 20 inch AR. I didn't get it for muh shtf, I got it for competitive shooting matches
