They likely would never come over on their own. It'd be suicidal. Even bigger feds don't do it, they always try to piggyback off a bigger show to make sure there's decent spillover.
When they did LA it was with Prestige, and Seattle was with Defy, which already draws well in the area as a local indie fed people trust.
