No, a team from EVE challenged for the tag titles during AA Canon's reign. And earlier this year Alexis Lee and Matcha challenged and Zara and Masha challenged, unless you want to be technical and say they don't count because they don't regularly team together. Anyway, that EVE team was part of some faction within EVE, so they were a proper tag team.
