Tsuji's last match is with Newman. I guess they wanna put a tiny bit of drama on it by having him on a losing streak. Also Finlay needs to win so his match with Uemura has some real stakes to it.
Personally I think Tsuji should be having the run Zack had last year but what the fuck ever.
