I subsribed to them this year and I haven't had any significant problem with the service. It signs me out every day which is annoying. It is slighlt more expensive than other puro streaming services.

They removed a bunch of stuff from their archive and gradually reuploaded it. When I went through the archive last year, a lot was missing. I've gone through the archive a couple times this year and they did re-add a lot of stuff, but I don't think everything has been reuploaded yet.
