The women's division was just finishing up it's reloading phase before her and Stephanie got signed. Then Jordynne came on board and all of a sudden there was a glut of talent. But for some reason they held Roxy down there too long, but then decided to call her, Steph and Giulia up at the same time. It didn't help they brought back Alexa and Nikki Bella, as well as Asuka and Kairi coming off the injured list, and now there's a bottleneck of women's talent on the main roster and Hunter, more than likely Road Dogg, and creative having trouble booking her and other parts of the midcard.
