The match that has the most impact on the crowd should go on last. More often than not that is the world title match, but not always.
There were more than a few times when Moxley was champ going on last where people just couldn't give a fuck because they were 6 hours into a show, following some mindblowing Ospreay match or something and knowing the challenger had no real chance.
Mox & Darby are almost certain to do something so gruesome to eachother that the crowd would still be struggling to come to terms with it if Hangman/Joe followed.
You want people to care about your championship. People won't care if they've just seen a much better match and are dead for the world title match.
