I didn't say it was a great argument, just that it's the strongest one they have.
They're delusional. They actually believe they're women/men, hence the reason they're willing to go to such lengths despite the obvious disadvantages of doing so.
I'm not saying I agree with it, just that there are many people out there who are not only willing to accept that line of reasoning but run with it. Remember, the strength of an argument has less to do with how valid it is than it does with its ability to convince people of its conclusion.
