The tsunami bomb was a conceptual dead end that was shown to be a very inefficient use of nukes for limited actual effect during the Cold War and doubt their ability to cause permanent major change to the regional geography far inland with just a tsunami but then again this is Fallout and Falloutverse nukes are magic and everybody had far too many of them. So I'll just MST3K it and not question it too much because this is fiction after all.
