You are back to being Grover again, and you've been studying your findings. While it's hard to tell in the wild, not having the ability to easily track the various invertebrates relating to your project, the sample of kelp you collected seems to have positive effects! You are almost sure it's a cure, or at least some kind of natural remedy. With your summer vacation days rapidly dwindling before your eyes, you get a little impatient and capture a little bug which looked sick with the protein collapse. Over the past few days, you've been feeding it in Mr.Roughscales garage, keeping it far away from your parents notice as your "new pet", and you think it's turning around despite its new cramped conditions! You'll release it soon, but you might need it as evidence for your findings...

At home, things have been quiet. With most of the scouting responsibilities done with, you've spent a lot of time in the nursery with your little sister. She's recently hatched, still unwilling to leave cover; but curious enough to watch you make hand signs and try to teach her words.

[Hello!]

Trying to say something to a being with no concept of language is very strange. Your mother having a second child so soon after her first is a good sign though; you might even get to walk to school before you're busy with your own work or family or whatever. That's a rare sort of thing! You'd feel like a protective big brother. Not too different from how InterCon feels about you. Pfft. Like you believe that.
