>This is the target, this is the confirmed rogue Russian weapons station. In space warfare, whoever fires first survives...
Open fire with
>Kinetic kill vehicle 2/2
>Roll 2d100 hit on roll under 56%
>Railgun 15/15
The Railgun base hit chance is also roll under 56%, but it can be charged with FUNDING (up to +20% Phase E Mission Operations) This represents spacecraft fuel burns and small orbital manoeuvres required to orient the axial weapon more precisely on target. The railgun can only be activated ONCE per engagement (due to the massive energy consumption and thermal cycling), however, similar to the CCEMGL (Cannon Caliber Electromagnetic Gun Launcher tested in 1994) it can fire a salvo of up to 5 shots at once all placed on the same target (roll up to 5d100 at the set boosted probability), after which it is on cooldown until the engagement ends. Subsequent engagements reset the accuracy / requires new funding commitment etc
>roll up to 5d100, roll under 56% to hit
>can allocate up to +20% funding (applies to all shots for this engagement only)
The noncooperative spacecraft hurtles away far ahead of you in orbit...
>attempt to evade it, and the mysterious unidentified objects it released
>attempt to close-in:
>a flyby close inspection, approach closer 30-300km
>a rendezvous proximity operation
(How?)
>Fire forward thrusters
>Fire retropropulsion
>Just capture an image of it / ISAR or LIDAR data, and pass it on to the Artemis Representative lady. You identified it and that should be enough
>Something about this weapons station seems strange - just observe it, and check again the visual identification and orbital vectors of this noncooperative spacecraft against the reference provided to you by the Artemis Representative
>Write-in..?
