Newbie here with zluda and Radeon 7900xtx im 10 days old into this
with your latest workflow or the pisswizard one i just disable sage attention and the first gen is between 600 and 800sec.
after it take between 250 and 500 seconds
I tried upgrading quality with q8 models wan model fp16 and the text encoder upgraded to xxl fp16...
Take a bit longer to generate it's between 900/1000sec.
