Based on what the therapist said, I would ask her if she had any clients that were able to successfully act on their incestuous urges and still have a healthy relationship. I would also express my skepticism about things like the crystals and auras, but mention the positive shift you see in you and your mother's relationship. It would be good to gauge what her stance is on the topic. I wouldn't make it seem like that was my end-goal, though.
