You're right. I have improved a lot in the past 2 years. Consistent gym, work, university, quitting porn. I asked a girl on a coffee date and she said no but even 2 years ago I wouldn't have even left my basement. Im capable of communicating like a functioning person now / making friends, and I will remember ur mentality of all or nothing in the future.
