Listen dawg idk where you got the concept of a group leader from but outside of school that shit doesnt happen. After you graduate you need to be intentional and put effort into friendships, so the whole 'leader' type thing doesnt really happen. At most you have someone who is kinda at the 'bottom', and someone who is proactive/okay with planning things.
Plus, a bunch of you will probably have GF/wives and do double dates and so on, increasing that connection within the group.
