If you have the means to do so, look into "starting strength" to learn how to do heavy squats and deadlifts. But for god's sake, don't follow the dietary advice in that book, since it's aimed at people who want to get stronger in the least amount of time, which leads to massive gains in muscle but also body-fat. A bit of muscle looks good on chicks (nice legs/ butt) and also helps to up your metabolism since muscle needs energy to maintain (compared to these pesky fat stores that are metabolically inactive but might influence your hormones in a bad way).
