Lots of older societies have roles for fags such as choir boys, administrative eunuchs, bureaucrats and wahtnot.
In this modern world with the less need for male workers (farmers. industry, soldiers) and more need of fags (bureaucrats, computer programmers, social assistants) we should have a more ternary view of gender, and start feminizing more boys for the future roles (we sorta of do that with programming trannies).
