Yeah thats life. If i've learnt one thing it is that any significant change takes years of hard work. You want people to respect you, to treat you with dignity.
The world isn't fair and it will take years, unfortunately. Not only working out and making money, also actively going out with people.
You can only hope that you'll arrive at a point where people actually like you before you lose your hair and become old, before the game's up.
