out of 10 years of opis my mainstays were always kratom and opium taken orally with IV heroin being the third. i live near nyc and when fent came around years ago all my old heroin buddies hit the skids and died or got sober, so i did kratom and opium only for years after that and eventually did ibogaine detox. glad to be off it, long term addiction even with kratom/opium turns to hell.
