This is really just another social media site that (without intent) has hijacked our need for a community and our fear of missing out. It has brought out the worst in people.
I'm not saying it's a black and white issue. It isn't. There has been good even. Anonymous posting where only the content of your post gets judged was nice. But over all I genuinely think the world would be better off without this site at this point. I even think people here would be happier without it. So I do hope that it disappears forever some time soon.
