Yes she should. Your body is a temple and you should only have sex with someone you truly love. It's not unreasonable to want your boyfriend or girlfriend to be a virgin. But the double standard that men can sleep around and be fine but if a women loses her virginity to a guy she's "used up" or a "whore" doesn't make sense at all to me.
