I like that it's all free weight stuff (+1 bodyweight). If you are gonna stick to this routine just know for the first week or two you should be really spending time getting the form down, free weight exercises really need good form. I'd do it like A->Rest->B->Rest->Repeat. I'd also say after the three exercises go around and use random machines so you can start to learn what you have access to because eventually you'll want to implement isolations but for now just fuck around with a machine or two after your exercises and just see which ones you like and dislike
