Someone doesn't know very much about functions or attitudes. Extroverted feeling is the function of harmony, to put it into layman's terms. It's mostly about aligning external emotional norms, values, group cohesion, etc. It is literally the last contrarian function of them all.
Now, of course, Fe types can still be contrarian because they've aligned with another group which is opposed to the status quo.
But, the main thing to take away from this is that Fe is the function of harmonious alignment with the external worlds feelings and emotions.
And there is an argument to be made that inferior Fe is actually the most contrarian.
