too complex for my brain, this. seen a fair bit about 'trustless' systems/services, i always took it as a given you're shifting your trust from Sky to some VPN company in Switzerland. of course they technically CAN see what websites you're resolving, even if they promise not to log you (FBI? blackmail? i know what service i'd go after or infiltrate, it's not Sky)
can't ever see these being perfect no matter what cryptographic magic you have. maybe not even a Tor exit node can tell what sites you're visiting, some day, great. but that web server was delivering some page to some user, no matter what. that's how it got to your eyeballs.
