This. Prohibition NEVER works if humans want something they have invented they will get it one way or another the semantics don't really matter. That's why outlawing alcohol never sticks it just leads to bathtub gin and black market bootleggers and the same reason they are giving up on weed being illegal finally in most places. People need to be accountable parents and raise their own children again and tell them about sex and relationships themselves. I'm a Millennial and literally not one person I ever met got the mythical "birds and the bees" from parents they found out about sex from fucking around as teens and porn, first magazines and videos/tv and then internet.
