Well, yeah. Simpery is on a spectrum but it is an evolved trait in men that manifests on different levels according to various factors like your position as an alpha or beta or something else. If we did not care about women even just to the degree that we want to fuck them, we would not successfully reproduce. Unfortunately, a byproduct of this evolved concern for women has generated phenomena like the women-are-wonderful effect which is overwhelmingly maintained by men on the extreme end of the simping spectrum. The male sex cannot help it. We are biologically wired to pedestalize women and protect them so it must be beat out of us by experience to the point that it appeals to man's rationality.
