I honestly haven't looked into it since Dolly(?) the sheep clone. Isn't a real egg still required? I guess women can get paid to live their best lives by selling eggs to normalcels. But I think that there would need to be a massive cultural shift on par with the technological achievement to allow men to raise even a lab baby by themselves, when they can't adopt on their own.
