wtf? No one is saying that, anon. It wasn't ordinary black or brown people saying to look the other way at that but politicians, most of whom were white. Functional countries (unlike Britain, sadly) throw rapists in jail regardless of their ethnicity.

It's unfortunate that ordinary people there don't really get a fair share of the wealth they produce, it almost all gets siphoned off by crooked warlord-politicians and equally crooked multinationals.
