There won't even be that. We already know that police protected rape gangs in the actual process of raping and that social workers organised and attended Islamic marriages between victims and their rapists. It would have been really easy to throw them under the bus, but they haven't even been named or fired.
Labour will pick someone to do the report who won't rock the boat, and there's plenty of time for councils to destroy evidence before anything starts.
