If you are worried about not freezing enough cum you could go back and freeze some more before you get the visectamy. Also, they can always do a thing called a "Sperm Extraction". It's where they put a local anesthetic on your balls and take out the sperm straight from the source with a syringe.
Obviously, you would do this after you got a vasectomy, and when you have a wife to impregnate, and for whatever reason you don't have any of your own frozen sperm.
So you will always be able to have children. But if you don't trust companies to honour contracts, even though they would get sued, and you don't trust that technology will still exist or function in the future, then you would just not volunteer for this system.
