I got down to 200 lbs from around 300 lbs during my junior year of high school and I felt great, but then covid hit and I got depressed so I gained it all back, so I know what it's like.

I need to get back into the swing of working out and eating less, but it's so daunting that I haven't been able to make myself commit to losing the weight again for years. I know that after the first few weeks it becomes routine and easy to eat less and work out, but every time I've tried I end up failing before the routine sticks. Lets hope this time it'll be different.
