I started my cycle again today :>
What i do is that i just eat an egg and a small glass of milk in the morning
A LOT OF WATER during the day and a bit of salt in the water if i get dizzy
I sometimes eat some other stuff but i make sure i eat less than 500 calories a day and i usually end up losing a pound per day :3
