It's not about how you look at it, because we're not blank slates that can be molded into any shape you want. We're human, in the full sense of the word. Some things are intrinsically more meaningful to engage in. Anon is bitter and blames gynocracy and hypergamy, and he's kind of correct in that his misery does come from not being able to find love. That can't be rationalized away, and life is not actually so much more. All the other crap is bullshit that won't fill the hole left.
