The artificially-inflated costs can be extremely destructive. It's a financial burden, an employment liability, and a criminal risk. The weed itself is kinda nice, but people can and do still find a way to lose their minds on it. I dunno OP. As far as the intelligence argument, 99% of people you can just cherry pick how they're retarded. If it's not weed you can get them for other things, but you can't get them fired so there's that.
