Oh 100%. I mean it in the sense of how if you were to take a member of both groups, and neither were managing their symptoms that impact others well. Then how difficult would it be to maintain a relationship with that person under that criteria. CPTSD/PTSD is difficult in the sense of the hyperarousal loop (flight or flight response), and the constricted reality (avoidance) loop. Some of those loops have certain overlaps with some BPD behaviors. Both improperly managed are incredibly difficult, but BPD people tend to be less likely to get the proper support they need so are seen as fundamentally incurable.
