I don't know how, I don't really have friends, I don't go out a lot, when I do men look at me but they don't approach me themselves, I never had a boyfriend my whole life not even throughout school so I don't know how to handle it, and it doesn't help that I'm insecure, they have to come to me themselves.

Yeah but I'm almost flat, I know what you guys post here on this board so I know you prefer larger breasts, you can make them look natural with a fat transfer so I'll do just that.
