>How do you guys decide what to eat every day?
For breakfast? Fruit or overnight oats. For lunch? Usually more fruit or a fried egg (+ bacon, mushrooms and cheese) on a toasted slice of bread.

As for evening meals; I set aside half an hour each Sunday to plan my meals for the upcoming week.
Since I'm single, each meal I prepare is enough to last for two days. This means I only need to plan for four meals each week.
Some examples of meals I make: slow cooker chili, baked fish with lemon sauce, creamed spinach with lamb, fruit/vegetable salad with chips and sausage, mashed potatoes + slow cooker pot roast, etc.
The fourth meal is usually takeout or just a simple sandwich on days that I feel lazy.
