Men are too comfortable and generally raised with too much kindness. Coddled men don't make good workers. They need a chip on their shoulder. Beating them as children or telling them they should've been aborted helps create a stronger work ethic in them. My bf was mistreated as a child and is the hardest working most loving man I've ever met. Because he knows how horrible things can be he works hard to earn love
