I think its mostly inorganic, since there is so many easy to mainuplate "normies" and boomies it has nefarious parties pushing their agenda, its common knowledge that political entites and businesses use astroturfing online, I think reddit/facebook/twitter is 90% inorganic bot/shill posting these days, making you feel a certain way and making you vote a certain way.
Its not even a schizo theory anymore, its pretty much blatantly obvious and theres enough proof around to support it
