Boomers were raised in a smaller world, one where you needed to interact with people on a regular basis. Smaller communities meant people got along better. It was normal to be sociable with strangers. There was more trust.
Zoomers have been way too isolated and basically raised by the internet. There's no trust when interacting in person. To them, strangers cannot be trusted. Plus combined with a general lack of social skills, zoomers just choose not to interact with people.
