Dunno about coding but I work in electrical engineering and the women engineers are usually rubbish. Some are so bad and stupid in general that I consider them a disgrace for the title of "engineer". I've also noticed the dudes in my office all have some kind of tech-related interests/hobbies that made them go into this field, me included. Meanwhile the foid engineers have nothing to do with this field and seem to have chosen this path just because it pays rather well. I have a foid "engineer" in my office who lacks basic computer operation skills in Windows. She tends to open so many things and forgets about them until her computer runs out of RAM and wonders why it gets sluggish.
Women are just not good at this stuff. There are a few autistic examples of them who are good, but 90% of them just aren't made for this sort of work. It's purely biological.
