I'm a neet too, I don't worry about where I live though... partly because I'm not good at maintaining friendships (or being able to talk to people in general) so I just don't imagine I'll ever actually be meeting anyone.
You sound like you're looking for people who will eventually be able to meet up one day? Idk if I could do that, but if you're ever lonely and want to talk to someone (someone very mentally unwell and stuff) it could be fun.
