We're just supposed to give up the reciprocal human behaviors like trying cooking others do for you in order to appease disabled people. I'm sure that'll work out great for civilization, which relies entirely on NT reciprocity to productively achieve a world where autistics aren't thrown in a bucket at birth anyway.
