Glad you didnt get hurt from the crash but youre right. I used to day drink a lot but to avoid fucking up my life and liver I try to limit myself but it all comes back when anyone invites me out and I end up rambling depressingly, oversharing or with a trip to the ER. I think I should go sober but the idea of going cold turkey feels impossible
